The CEOI Team would like to invite you to a participative workshop on 29th January Euston London. This workshop aims to bring together experts working with Remote Sensing Technology (SAR and Radar) for a structured series of conversations to generate knowledge pathways for the future.
The aims of the workshop are to:
- Co-create a series of shared visions for the use of these Technologies for Earth Observation.
- Share our assessment of the current state of technology and its relevance to Earth Observation
- Shape our ideas for how we might speed up our progress towards our shared vision for making use of these technologies to support earth observation in terms of knowledge and innovation research.
We hope to have a wide representation across the SAR and Radar community.
There is a bursary fund to encourage ECR participation, which will cover travel and accommodation costs.
Registration and coffee is at 9.45 with the opening session at 10.15 and the workshop will be finished by 16.45. In addition to short coffee breaks, there is a longer break of an hour at lunchtime to catch up on emails and calls or develop your network through conversations with others at the event. The materials generated from the workshop will be shared immediately with those attending using our digital pinboard and in the longer term your work will be used to contribute to the shaping of future research programmes.
Details of the agenda and venue can be found on the digital pinboard
